Spring Marketing Capital has unveiled a new INR 500 crore growth stage investment fund, reflecting a strong commitment to scale high-potential consumer and lifestyle startups in India’s expanding entrepreneurial landscape. The firm, which pioneered the “marketing capital” investment model by pairing capital deployment with brand and go-to-market expertise, will use the fund to support companies that have achieved product-market fit and are poised for accelerated expansion.

Founded in 2019 by seasoned brand and venture leaders including Raja Ganapathy, Arun Iyer, and Vineet Gupta, Spring Marketing Capital has built a differentiated platform that combines financial backing with strategic marketing counsel. Its inaugural fund, with a corpus of INR 150 crore, has been fully deployed across a diversified portfolio of consumer brands such as Purplle, Mosaic Wellness, Jar, and GIVA, generating strong performance and early exits.

The newly launched fund will target growth stage companies that are typically post-product-market fit and within three to five years of meaningful liquidity events. Backed by robust support from existing limited partners, the fund is expected to mark an initial close by March of this year.

With this capital infusion, Spring aims to deepen its engagement in sectors including consumer goods, health, lifestyle, and fintech-enabled consumer services, reinforcing India’s brand-centric startup ecosystem.
