OPmobility has appointed Visionary Leader Samir Pagey as Country HR Director for its Exterior & Lighting Business in India, bringing on board a seasoned HR leader with nearly two decades of experience across the automotive, manufacturing, engineering, and consulting sectors.

Prior to joining OPmobility, Samir served as Director Human Resources – Country HR at HELLA India, where he led people strategy initiatives across multiple business groups, manufacturing plants, corporate functions, and R&D centers and more than nine years with FORVIA Faurecia, progressing through leadership roles including Plant HR Manager, Regional HR Manager, and Deputy Director Human Resources – Faurecia Technical Centre India. 

His earlier professional experience with General Motors, Accurate Group, and Aristalaos Strategic Solutions further strengthened his expertise in HR operations, industrial relations, organizational effectiveness, and strategic workforce management.
