Through her strategic approach to workforce planning, employee engagement, and leadership support, she has helped create an environment that encourages collaboration, professional growth, and high performance across the business.

Prior to taking on this new role, Ellie served as Head of Human Resources, where she led key initiatives focused on strengthening organizational capability and enhancing the employee experience. Her diverse HR background includes leadership positions with Hayley 247 Engineering Services, Apex Transmissions, WMH Transmissions, Lamond & Murray, and Drive Management Services, giving her broad expertise across multiple sectors.
