Rapidise has announced the appointment of Hardik Shah as Senior Director – Solution Engineering, effective June 1, 2026. Based in Ahmedabad, Hardik will lead the company’s Pre-Sales and Sales Operations functions for its IoT ODM business, playing a key role in accelerating go-to-market initiatives and expanding business opportunities across multiple industry verticals.

With more than 22 years of experience in the semiconductor and connected technology sectors, Hardik brings extensive expertise in IoT architecture, embedded systems, solution engineering, and product design. Throughout his career, he has worked on developing innovative technology solutions that help organizations leverage the power of connected devices and digital transformation.

In his new role, Hardik will focus on strengthening customer engagement, enhancing solution capabilities, and driving strategic growth initiatives for Rapidise’s IoT business.
