RIR Power Electronics Limited has announced the appointment of Ramesh Kumar N as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, effective 11 February 2026, marking a significant leadership transition as the company advances its next phase of growth and scale. A seasoned industry leader, Ramesh Kumar brings over 42 years of extensive experience spanning sales and marketing, business development, and P&L-driven operations across diverse product portfolios and global markets.

In his new role, he will focus on strengthening RIR Power Electronics’ market positioning, accelerating revenue growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and expanding its presence across power electronics and semiconductor applications. His deep understanding of multi-market dynamics and execution-led leadership is expected to play a critical role in driving sustainable value creation.

As part of the transition, Ramesh G. Trasi, who has successfully led the organisation for more than two decades, will assume the role of Chief Technology Officer. In this capacity, he will continue to steer the company’s technology, innovation, and product roadmap, ensuring continuity in engineering excellence and long-term R&D strategy.
