Prateek Shroff has been elevated to Managing Director, Investments at Brookfield, marking a significant step in his leadership journey within the global investment management firm. In this expanded role, he will oversee key investment initiatives and strategic transactions, supporting Brookfield’s long-term investment strategy and portfolio growth across its core sectors.

Shroff has been associated with Brookfield for several years and most recently served as Senior Vice President – Investments (Legal). Earlier, he held the role of Vice President – Investments (Legal), where he played a key role in managing complex investment transactions, legal structuring, and strategic deal execution.

Prior to joining Brookfield, Shroff served as Senior Legal Counsel at Tata Sons. He also held legal positions at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A Shroff & Co, and Trilegal, building extensive expertise in corporate law and investment transactions.
