Philips and BIHS Partner to Build Connected Healthcare Delivery Network Across India Health

Philips and Bajaj Integrated Health System (BIHS) have announced a strategic partnership to develop an integrated Connected Healthcare Delivery Network across India, aimed at enabling seamless patient data exchange across hospitals, clinics, ambulatory services, and home-care environments.

The collaboration will leverage Philips' IntelliBridge Enterprise platform to create a unified patient information ecosystem that supports faster clinical decision-making, improved care coordination, and smoother transitions between care settings. The first BIHS network is expected to become operational in 2026, with expansion planned across major cities in India.

A key highlight of the partnership is the planned deployment of Philips' IntelliBridge Enterprise 3.0 Enterprise Cloud platform, marking its first implementation globally. Philips will also provide advanced healthcare technologies, including the MR BlueSeal helium-free MRI system, helping build future-ready healthcare infrastructure while enhancing operational efficiency and patient outcomes.

CXO TechBOT views this collaboration as a significant step toward accelerating India's digital healthcare transformation and enabling more connected, data-driven, and patient-centric healthcare delivery.
