PeopleStrong has appointed Adishri Charla as Senior Vice President – Marketing, strengthening its global marketing leadership as the HR technology platform accelerates expansion across India, Asia, and the Middle East.

In her new role, Adishri will lead the company’s global brand positioning, integrated marketing strategy, and market expansion initiatives. Her mandate includes strengthening PeopleStrong’s enterprise presence, enhancing customer engagement, and building strategic brand visibility across international markets.

She joins the organization from UiPath, where she served as Director and Head of Marketing for India and SAARC, leading regional marketing programs, brand strategy, and demand generation initiatives in the automation and enterprise technology space.
