Aerem Solutions has welcomed Nilesh Malani as Executive Director, strengthening its leadership team as the company accelerates growth across the green-technology sector.

In his new role, Nilesh will lead the company’s consumer business, marketing strategy, and direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce verticals. His mandate includes expanding market reach, strengthening brand positioning, and driving digital commerce initiatives aligned with Aerem Solutions’ long-term growth strategy.

Nilesh brings more than two decades of exemplary leadership experience across marketing, brand strategy, and business transformation. Prior to joining Aerem Solutions, he served as Global Chief Marketing Officer at Waaree Group, where he played a key role in strengthening global brand visibility and market expansion.

Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Polycab India, JSW Steel, Castrol, and Asian Paints, building extensive expertise across marketing leadership and business growth.
