Gartner has appointed Visionary Leader Parul Mukherjee as Associate Director – HR, strengthening its focus on advancing people strategy and organisational transformation.

Parul brings diverse experience across global people programs and transformation initiatives. Most recently, she was associated with Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she led Asia Pacific people projects. Prior to that, she held roles at Rohde & Schwarz and HCLTech Technologies, building expertise across talent management, organisational development, and HR operations.

In her new role, she will focus on leader partnering, data-driven HR practices, and scalable talent strategies to support business growth and cultural evolution. Her approach to integrating analytics with people strategy aligns with the increasing emphasis on workforce intelligence and agile HR frameworks.

This appointment reflects Gartner’s continued commitment to strengthening its talent ecosystem and leadership capabilities.
