Enterprise AI
Cognizant has introduced Skillspring, an AI-native learning platform aimed at helping enterprises build future-ready, AI-skilled workforces through continuous and personalised learning embedded into daily workflows.
According to Thirumala Arohi Mamunooru, the pace of AI disruption demands faster, scalable reskilling systems, making traditional learning models insufficient for today’s dynamic workplace. Reinforcing this vision, CEO Ravi Kumar S highlighted that learning must evolve into a rapid-response mechanism, ensuring workforce capabilities stay aligned with accelerating technological advancements.
Skillspring leverages AI agents to deliver personalised tutoring and dynamically generated content tailored to roles, projects, and performance goals, moving beyond static course-based learning. The platform will be offered to enterprises, universities, and workforce development partners.
Industry expert Praveen Bhadada described the initiative as timely and strategic, noting its monetisation potential for IT services firms, while cautioning that profitability must be carefully managed in the traditionally low-margin learning segment.
