J M Baxi Marine Services has appointed Kunjal Thackar as its new Group Chief Financial Officer, further strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to expand its presence across India’s maritime and logistics sector.

Kunjal brings nearly three decades of experience in finance leadership, business transformation, infrastructure, energy, logistics, and oil & gas industries. Prior to joining J M Baxi Marine Services, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Co-Founder at Ayekart. Over the course of his career, he has also held senior finance leadership roles at H-Energy Group, Pipeline Infrastructure Limited (a Brookfield company), Hiranandani Group, BG Group, Gujarat Gas Company, and HPCL.

Known for driving strategic financial planning, governance, capital allocation, and business growth initiatives, Kunjal has successfully led complex finance functions across diverse industries. His extensive expertise is expected to play a key role in supporting the company’s long-term growth and operational excellence.
