Bahrain Marine Development Company (BDMC) has appointed Gagan Suri as its new Chief Executive Officer, marking a significant leadership move as the Bahrain Marina project approaches completion.

Suri steps into the role at a pivotal moment, with Phase 1 of Bahrain Marina now 88% complete and key infrastructure nearing operational readiness. The waterfront development, a flagship project aimed at strengthening Bahrain’s position in the global superyacht market, will feature a 167-berth marina accommodating yachts up to 50 meters, along with 42 jet ski spaces.

With over 25 years of exemplary global experience across urban development, infrastructure, and real estate investment, Suri brings a strong global perspective. He has previously held leadership roles including CEO of Bahrain Bay Development and Executive Director at Oxagon.

Bahrain Marina will also include a yacht club, beach resort, and a luxury hotel with over 300 rooms, positioning it as a premier lifestyle destination in the region.
