Niraj Ram S has taken charge as Director at First Citizens India, reinforcing the firm’s technology-led strategy in digital lending and enterprise banking platforms.

In his new role, Niraj will oversee technology strategy, digital platform modernization, and operational scalability across lending and financial services ecosystems.

Prior to this appointment, he held senior leadership positions at Silicon Valley Bank and Mindtree, where he led high-performing technology teams across software engineering, IT management, and digital transformation initiatives. His contributions included building scalable credit onboarding systems and robust lending platforms designed for enterprise resilience.

Niraj holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Manipal Academy of Higher Education and a Bachelor of Engineering from Malnad College of Engineering.

His appointment underscores First Citizens India’s commitment to technology excellence and digital-first financial innovation.
