In his previous roles as Group COO and CFO, he has successfully led large-scale business operations, managed complex P&Ls, and driven organisation-wide efficiency initiatives.

His career spans reputed healthcare and industrial groups, including Fortis Healthcare, CK Birla Group, and Sterling Hospitals, where he worked closely with clinicians, boards, and leadership teams to strengthen governance, optimise systems, and enable sustainable growth. Known for combining financial discipline with operational excellence, Harsimran has consistently delivered impact in high-growth, multi-location healthcare environments.
