Cygnet.One has announced the appointment of Dr. Pankaj Dikshit, Ph.D. (IIT Delhi), as its Chief AI & Digital Officer and Executive Director on the Board, marking a key milestone in the company’s mission to accelerate AI-powered digital transformation.

With over two decades of experience driving national technology programs and enterprise innovation, Dr. Dikshit brings deep expertise in AI, automation, and data intelligence. He will spearhead Cygnet.One’s efforts to embed AI across its global business ecosystem—fostering innovation, efficiency, and sustainable growth.

Before joining Cygnet.One, Dr. Dikshit served as Chief Technology Officer at Government e Marketplace (GeM), where he led landmark initiatives like GeMAI, India’s first Generative AI chatbot for a public sector platform, and designed the AI-first GeM 2.0 architecture.

A DSCI Award for Excellence in Cyber Security recipient, his appointment underscores Cygnet.One’s commitment to advancing next-generation AI, digital trust, and data-driven transformation.
