Amitabh has been a part of Centrient Pharmaceuticals for over six years, where he has played a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s global HR frameworks, total rewards strategy, and organizational capability initiatives. His leadership has been central to driving HR excellence aligned with Centrient’s global growth and sustainability goals.

Prior to Centrient, Amitabh held key leadership roles at Apotex India, Mylan, Cipla, and Reliance Industries Limited, where he built a strong foundation in human capital management and strategic rewards. An alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, Amitabh brings a wealth of expertise in creating high-performing, people-centric organizations.
