JMS Mining has appointed Ashish Gupta as Head of Talent Acquisition, Campus Hiring, and Employer Branding, based in Kolkata. In this role, Ashish will lead the company’s end-to-end talent strategy, strengthening workforce planning, leadership hiring, campus engagement, and employer branding to support JMS Mining’s long-term growth agenda.

Ashish is a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with over 15 years of experience across the Mining, Natural Resources, Infrastructure, and Engineering sectors. He is a Post Graduate in Management with a specialization in Human Resource Management and has deep expertise in full-cycle recruitment, talent pipeline development, and large-scale project hiring.

Prior to joining JMS Mining, Ashish served as Chief Manager – Talent Acquisition at IL&FS/Sterlite, and earlier held key leadership roles at Adani Enterprises, AECOM, IPE Global, and Shah Technical Consultant. His experience spans major national programs including Smart Cities, AMRUT, water supply, PDMC, and complex infrastructure assignments.

Known for aligning talent strategy with business outcomes, Ashish brings a strong focus on building future-ready teams in mission-critical industries.
