Adobe has announced a major expansion of its Creative Agent capabilities across Firefly and leading Creative Cloud applications including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign, and Frame.io. The initiative positions Adobe’s AI-powered creative agent as a unified layer that helps creators automate complex workflows while maintaining creative control.
The enhanced Creative Agent enables users to describe desired outcomes in natural language, allowing AI to orchestrate multi-step tasks such as image editing, video organization, design updates, asset management, and production workflows across multiple Adobe applications. Adobe is also expanding Firefly into a more comprehensive AI-powered creative studio with persistent project context, reusable assets, and collaborative workflow capabilities.
According to Adobe, the technology is designed to help creators spend less time on repetitive production tasks and more time on creative decision-making, accelerating content creation across design, video, marketing, and enterprise use cases.
