PhonePe has elevated Visionary Leader Achal Ananth to the role of Vice President & Head of Data, recognizing his long-standing contributions to the company’s data and analytics ecosystem and his leadership in driving data-led business transformation.

A seasoned data and analytics leader, Achal has been associated with PhonePe for more than nine years, playing a pivotal role in building and scaling the company’s data capabilities across analytics, business intelligence, data science, and data platforms. Over the years, he has progressed through multiple leadership positions, including Manager, Analytics & BI; Director – Head of Analytics & BI; AVP – Head of Analytics, BI & Data Platform; and AVP & Head of Data, consistently driving data-driven decision-making and business growth.

Prior to PhonePe, Achal held analytics leadership roles at Flipkart, Affine Analytics, Tata Consultancy Services, and Mu Sigma, building extensive expertise in data strategy, pricing analytics, business intelligence, and advanced analytics.
