Bosch Home Comfort Group India has elevated Rishi Mehta to Executive Director–Finance & Chief Financial Officer, effective April 1, 2026. The Board approved his induction into the leadership team with a term extending until September 30, 2028, marking a strategic move to strengthen financial governance and business transformation under the Bosch brand transition.

Rishi brings over two decades of experience across automotive, air conditioning, and IT sectors, with deep expertise in financial strategy, P&L management, and organizational restructuring. Rishi has been associated with the organization for over eight years, playing a pivotal role in financial transformation during its earlier phase as Johnson Controls–Hitachi Air Conditioning. His prior leadership stints include roles at Adient India, Delphi, and Flextronics.

In his expanded role, Rishi will lead strategic finance, M&A integration, and drive key initiatives across go-to-market and cost excellence pillars.
