Hardik Gandhi has been elevated to Partner at PwC India, marking a significant milestone in his 13-year journey with the organization. In this leadership role, he will continue to drive strategic initiatives across financial services, with a strong focus on regulatory risk, finance data, and transformation.

Prior to this promotion, Hardik served as Executive Director, where he led FS Regulatory Risk and Finance Data initiatives, playing a pivotal role in delivering large-scale transformation programs. Over the years, he has held key positions including Director, Associate Director, Principal Consultant, and Senior Consultant, consistently contributing to building robust risk and data platforms for financial institutions.

Before joining PwC India, he worked with Deutsche Bank, HDFC Bank, and Tata Consultancy Services, gaining diverse experience in transformation and technology.
