Bijay Chowdhury has taken on a new role as Country Lead – CSR and Global Impact at Kronos India (UKG), marking a significant step in his journey as a development professional. In this position, he will collaborate with the Global Belonging and Impact team to amplify philanthropic initiatives while leading the design and execution of Kronos India’s statutory CSR framework.

With over a decade of experience in Corporate Social Responsibility, Bijay brings strong expertise in strategic planning, due diligence, reporting, and CSR compliance management. He has consistently driven impact-focused programs aligned with national priorities and organizational goals.

Prior to this role, he was associated with Synopsys, where he led CSR initiatives for India operations and ensured responsible allocation of resources toward high-impact focus areas. His responsibilities also extended globally, where he managed philanthropic initiatives across regions including Taiwan, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, China, and Korea through The Synopsys Foundation.
