Vinay Kumar has joined Tim Hortons – Middle East as Head of IT, bringing over two decades of cross-industry technology leadership. Certified in Digital Transformation from IIM Ahmedabad, he has led enterprise-wide IT functions spanning ERP implementation, infrastructure modernization, IT governance, vendor management, and large-scale digital programs.

Vinay most recently served as Chief Information Officer at **McDonald’s India – North & East, where he drove technology strategy, operational resilience, and business-aligned transformation initiatives. His earlier leadership roles include CIO at **PepsiCo – FOBO (Nectar Beverages), IT Head at Bata India, and Regional IT Manager at Flyjac Logistics, overseeing ERP deployments and supply chain systems.

With deep exposure across FMCG, QSR, retail, and manufacturing, Vinay is known for aligning technology with business goals to drive scalability, cost optimization, and measurable outcomes.
