Vikram Solar has achieved a major milestone by surpassing 10 GW in cumulative global solar module deployments, reinforcing its position in the renewable energy sector. This achievement, equivalent to over 25 million solar modules, now powers more than 5 million homes in India. Notably, the company doubled its capacity from 5 GW to 10 GW in just two years, reflecting rapid scale and execution.

With a strong manufacturing base in India and exports spanning 39 countries, Vikram Solar continues to expand its global footprint while supporting rising demand for clean energy solutions. The company is also enhancing capabilities through advanced manufacturing and backward integration, with facilities in West Bengal and Tamil Nadu and plans to expand module and cell production capacity.

Under the leadership of Gyanesh Chaudhary, Vikram Solar is diversifying into energy storage through initiatives like VSL Powerhive and its lithium battery brand VION, strengthening its role in the global energy transition.
