Vaibhav Pedgaonkar has been appointed as Vice President of Research and Development at Rich Products Corporation, effective April 2026. Transitioning from his leadership role at Kerry, he will lead the R&D strategy for Rich’s India and MENA operations from Pune, focusing on accelerating innovation and sustainable growth.

In his new role, Vaibhav will spearhead the innovation pipeline, driving product renovation, breakthrough technologies, and localized solutions across bakery, toppings, and food service segments. His mandate includes strengthening product differentiation and aligning innovation with evolving consumer preferences in the subcontinent.

With over 20 years of experience in food science and product development, Vaibhav has held leadership roles at global FMCG leaders such as PepsiCo, Kellogg Company, and GSK Consumer Healthcare India. His expertise spans commercialization, nutrition, and R&D, positioning him to drive strategic innovation and long-term value creation at Rich Products Corporation.
