Stuti Ghosh has spent more than a decade at Standard Chartered, holding leadership roles across Group Talent, Organisation Design, and Talent Management. Throughout her tenure, she has played a key role in designing future-ready workforce strategies, advancing talent development, and leading large-scale HR transformation initiatives across the organisation.

Her work in shaping the bank’s Talent Marketplace and supporting the transition to skills-based talent models has positioned her as a leading voice in the future of work.
