Shaurrya Teleservices, a neutral digital connectivity infrastructure provider, has announced plans to offer future-ready connectivity solutions for commercial and residential buildings across India. The initiative aims to prepare India’s real estate ecosystem for the IoT, 5G, and 6G revolution, ensuring seamless, sustainable, and smart digital experiences for residents, enterprises, and institutions.

“Our neutral host model, AI-based audits, and data-driven insights will ensure India’s buildings are ready for next-generation connectivity,” said Mahesh Chaudhury, CEO of Shaurrya Teleservices. The Mumbai-based firm has been empanelled by TRAI as a digital connectivity rating agency, enabling it to assess properties based on parameters such as fiber readiness, mobile coverage, broadband quality, and IoT integration, assigning ratings based on performance.

Shaurrya has also signed contracts with Reliance Jio, Bharti Airtel, Vodafone Idea, BSNL, and regional ISPs to strengthen connectivity nationwide. The company is developing an AI-powered mobile app to identify and report coverage gaps, empowering users and helping regulators enhance digital infrastructure.

This initiative aligns with the Viksit Bharat 2047 vision, positioning Shaurrya as a key enabler of Digital India’s connected future.
