Policybazaar Insurance Brokers, a subsidiary of PB Fintech Limited, has appointed Sajja Praveen Chowdary as CEO, principal officer, and whole-time director. The appointment has been approved by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI).

Praveen, a PB Fintech veteran since 2011, currently leads Policybazaar for Business and has been instrumental in scaling the company’s retail insurance verticals, including motor and term life insurance. With over 17 years of experience across business, product, and technology, he brings a wealth of expertise to strengthen Policybazaar’s insurance offerings and enhance customer-focused solutions.

In his new role, Praveen will focus on expanding the company’s insurance portfolio, driving digital innovation, and optimizing operational efficiency to deliver seamless insurance experiences for consumers and enterprises alike.
