Ricky Andrews has stepped into a new role as IT Infra Lead – Core Banking Program at Mashreq, bringing over 16 years of experience in IT infrastructure and project management. In this position, he will lead critical infrastructure initiatives supporting the bank’s core banking transformation, with a focus on scalability, resilience, and operational excellence.

Ricky is known for his result-oriented approach and strong expertise in service consolidation, impact analysis, and Agile methodologies. He has consistently driven process improvements, enabling efficient sprint planning and successful project delivery across complex technology environments.

Prior to joining Mashreq, he served as Chief Manager – IT Infrastructure and Services at L&T Financial Services, where he led core infrastructure programs and enterprise technology initiatives. He also held a key role at HDFC Bank as Senior IT Manager, contributing to cloud platform development and large-scale migration projects.

Earlier in his career, Ricky worked with Atos and IBM, building deep technical expertise in Unix systems and AIX environments, forming a strong foundation in enterprise IT operations.
