Throughout his career, he has scaled engineering teams from 70 to over 300 professionals, managed multi-million-dollar technology budgets, improved platform resilience to 99.9%, and driven billions in business value through digital transformation initiatives. He has also led the development of AI-driven customer experience platforms, next-generation ATM/CDM ecosystems, and intelligent automation solutions for highly regulated financial environments.
