Nupur Sharma has been promoted to Director at Deloitte India, marking a significant milestone in her distinguished career spanning over 13 years, including nearly a decade in innovation management and strategy.

Currently part of Deloitte India’s National Innovation Strategy Team, Nupur leads the Innovation Product Portfolio, driving the funding, development, and go-to-market execution of cutting-edge technology products, solutions, and accelerators powered by next-generation technologies. She is recognized for her expertise in identifying high-impact business opportunities, building innovation programs from the ground up, and scaling them into successful initiatives for both internal and external stakeholders.

Before this elevation, she served as Associate Director and Innovation Manager at Deloitte and previously held innovation leadership roles at Capgemini and Gumlet. Alongside her corporate responsibilities, she also mentors students in Group Discussions and Personal Interviews through Career Launcher.
