Lauren Duprey has stepped into the role of Chief Transformation Officer at Takeda, marking a significant leadership move as the company accelerates its transformation agenda.

Lauren brings a strong track record of leadership across globally recognized organizations, including Biogen, Deloitte, General Electric, and Clarion Healthcare. Her experience spans enterprise strategy, organizational transformation, and people leadership within the healthcare and life sciences sectors.

In her new role, Lauren will focus on driving growth, enhancing execution speed, and enabling enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. A key priority will be aligning transformation efforts across Takeda, including the integration of AI capabilities, where significant opportunities exist alongside complex challenges.
