Kiwi General Insurance Limited has appointed Manoj Pandey as Head - OEM & Bancassurance, marking a significant leadership addition as the company strengthens its distribution and partnership ecosystem.

Manoj transitions into this role after an enriching 20 year tenure at ICICI Lombard, where he held multiple senior leadership positions, most recently serving as Senior Vice President. During his nearly two decades with the organization, he managed diverse channel sales across banks, NBFCs, MFIs, brokers and retail advisors, consistently driving profitable growth and expanding strategic partnerships.

With over 20 years of exemplary experience in general insurance channel sales, Manoj brings strong expertise in OEM partnerships, bancassurance strategy, channel management and new business development. He is known for his analytical approach, negotiation skills and ability to build high performing teams, even in complex and challenging environments. He holds a Fellowship Diploma from the Insurance Institute of India.

At Kiwi General Insurance, he will focus on scaling OEM and bancassurance ecosystems, strengthening customer centric risk solutions and delivering sustainable growth.
