Hexominds has announced the appointment of K Kishore Kumar Reddy as its Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer, marking a significant step in the company’s mission to redefine Global Capability Centers (GCCs) as strategic growth engines for enterprises.

In his new role, Kishore will lead the vision of building next-generation GCC ecosystems powered by advanced analytics, structured frameworks, and outcome-driven execution. With nearly two decades of industry experience, he aims to help organizations design, scale, and optimize future-ready GCCs that foster innovation, operational efficiency, and measurable business impact.

Prior to joining Hexominds, Kishore held key leadership roles at MassMutual India and JPMorganChase, where he played a critical role in driving analytics transformation and strengthening organizational capabilities. His extensive career also includes impactful tenures at Empower Retirement, Cigna Healthcare, Wells Fargo, Fidelity Investments, and GE Capital.
