Orris Group has appointed Visionary Leader Jaspreet Kaur as Assistant Vice President – Human Resources, reinforcing its leadership bench as the organization advances its growth and transformation agenda.

Kaur brings over a decade of diversified HR leadership experience across real estate, manufacturing, and consumer sectors. Prior to joining Orris Group, she held strategic human resource roles at Signature Global and Raheja Developers Ltd., where she supported large-scale workforce planning and corporate HR transformation in dynamic construction environments. She has also contributed to organizational capability building and HR digitalization initiatives at Greenply Industries Limited and OK Play India Ltd.

Recognized for aligning human capital strategy with business performance, Kaur has led talent acquisition acceleration, policy modernization, performance management systems, and employer branding programs. In her new mandate, she will focus on strengthening people strategy, optimizing HR processes, and building a future-ready workforce aligned with Orris Group’s long-term expansion objectives.
