A seasoned industry leader, Jaideep brings nearly two decades of experience within Terex, having built a distinguished track record across business leadership, operations management, market expansion, and strategic growth. Most recently, he served as Managing Director – Asia and EMEAR, Terex Materials Processing, where he successfully led regional operations, strengthened customer engagement, and drove business performance across multiple international markets.

Throughout his tenure with Terex, Jaideep has played a key role in advancing operational excellence, building high-performing teams, and supporting the company's long-term growth objectives across diverse geographies.
