Iron Mountain has expanded the role of Manish Pharasi, who now serves as Site Head – GCC India and IMS Board Member, alongside his global leadership responsibilities.

In this expanded mandate, Manish will drive strategic growth of the Global Capability Center in India while contributing to board-level decisions within Iron Mountain’s Information Management Services (IMS) business. His focus will include scaling AI-led innovation, enhancing operational excellence, and unlocking greater value from enterprise data assets.

Manish brings exemplary leadership experience from organisations such as Diageo, Wipro, Aon, Genpact, and Agilent Technologies, where he has led large-scale transformation and digital initiatives across global enterprises.
