Conscient Infrastructure Private Limited (CIPL) has appointed Rishi Raj as its Chief Executive Officer, as the company embarks on a bold vision to achieve 5x growth over the next five years.

Rishi brings over 25 years of leadership experience across Max Estates Ltd., Max Group, and McKinsey & Company, with a strong track record in scaling businesses and driving transformation. At Max Estates, he expanded the portfolio from 1 million sq. ft. to 18 million sq. ft., while significantly enhancing market capitalization.

Commenting on the appointment, Rajesh Jain, Executive Director, Conscient, said, “With our strategic partnership with Hines, the completion of our luxury project Elevate, and multiple upcoming marquee developments, Rishi’s leadership comes at the right time to spearhead our growth ambition.”

With backing from Hines and HDFC Capital, Conscient is expanding aggressively across Delhi NCR, Noida, Dehradun, and Goa, supported by a 10 million sq. ft. development pipeline.
