Jaydeep Naha has been elevated to Vice President – Global Competence Hub at Siemens Energy, marking a significant milestone in his long-standing career with the organization. In this expanded role, he will lead a global team of over 1,500 professionals across digital, cyber, transmission, generation, industrial applications, and EPC project execution.

He will also head the Digital Business Line, driving innovation across robotics, physical AI, digital grids, and advanced controls for gas services, while spearheading strategic initiatives in innovation and venture clienting.

With over two decades of exemplary experience within the Siemens ecosystem, Jaydeep has held leadership roles across key global markets including Austria, Germany, and Australia. Most recently, as General Manager – Digital Products, Solutions & Project Execution, he led large-scale digital transformation programs and delivered significant business impact.
