Hilal Isar Khan has joined JSW Motors Limited as Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO), marking a significant leadership transition after an illustrious 25-year career with Honda Cars India. Based in Mumbai, Khan will lead the company’s digital strategy, IT transformation, and technology-driven innovation initiatives as JSW Motors accelerates its growth in the evolving mobility sector.

A seasoned technology leader with over three decades of experience, Khan has played a pivotal role in shaping automotive digital transformation across conventional internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles, hybrid technologies, and emerging electric vehicle (EV) ecosystems. During his tenure as VP & Operating Head – IT at Honda Cars India, he led enterprise IT strategy, manufacturing systems, dealer digitalization, customer experience platforms, connected mobility solutions, and large-scale AI-driven transformation programs.

Khan began his career with DCM Toyota and later held leadership roles at Daewoo Motors India and Global IT Options before joining Honda. His expertise in building scalable, secure, and customer-centric digital ecosystems positions him to drive JSW Motors’ next phase of technology-led growth and innovation.
