Tessolve has appointed Ravi Kumar Chirugudu as its President and Chief Operating Officer, marking a strategic move to strengthen its leadership in the semiconductor and engineering space. Ravi Kumar brings over 35 years of exemplary experience across silicon systems, embedded software, and product development, with prior leadership roles at HCL Technologies, Altran, and Wipro. He began his career at Indian Space Research Organisation, contributing to CCD development and satellite payloads.
In his new role, Ravi Kumar will lead Tessolve’s growth strategy, focusing on expanding engineering capabilities, strengthening client partnerships, and accelerating innovation across semiconductor and high-performance computing domains. His appointment follows Tessolve’s acquisition of Dream Chip Technologies and a $150 million investment from TPG.
CEO Srini Chinamilli emphasized that the move aligns with rising global demand across design, packaging, validation, and systems integration. Ravi Kumar has contributed to over 1,000 product launches globally.
