Rashmi Ranjan Mohapatra has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Odisha Skill Development Project II and World Skill Center under the Government of Odisha, bringing decades of leadership experience to one of the state’s most important skill development initiatives.

Marking a meaningful return to his roots after nearly 30 years of building a distinguished career across industries and organizations, Mohapatra described the move as an opportunity to give back to the state that shaped his early years and values.
