ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited has announced the appointment of Manish Bhandari as its Chief Compliance Officer, further strengthening the organisation’s leadership as it sharpens its focus on governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance across its life insurance operations. In this role, Manish will be responsible for reinforcing robust compliance frameworks and ensuring close alignment with regulatory expectations in India’s rapidly evolving financial services and insurance landscape.

Manish brings nearly 23 years of experience with ICICI Bank, where he held leadership roles across Retail Compliance, AML, CFT, sanctions, and KYC, along with senior operational and managerial responsibilities. His deep understanding of regulatory processes and risk controls has been shaped by hands-on experience managing large-scale compliance functions within complex banking environments.

In addition to his tenure at ICICI Bank, Manish has previously worked with Industrial Development Bank (IDB) of India and HDFC Bank, giving him broad exposure to retail banking, customer operations, and compliance practices across India’s financial ecosystem.
