Jeff M. has joined Hartford HealthCare as Vice President, Human Resources – East Region, bringing a wealth of experience in human resources leadership, talent strategy, organizational transformation, workforce planning, and employee engagement.

With a distinguished career spanning some of the world’s leading insurance and healthcare organizations, Jeff has built a strong reputation for aligning people strategies with business growth and transformation objectives. Prior to joining Hartford HealthCare, he held senior HR leadership roles at Travelers, Sun Life, and Chubb, where he successfully led large-scale workforce initiatives, organizational change programs, and talent development strategies that enhanced business performance and employee experience.

Jeff’s professional journey also includes key leadership positions at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, and Cigna Healthcare. Throughout his career, he has developed deep expertise in talent management, leadership development, HR technology, organizational effectiveness, and culture transformation.
