Bharat Forge Ltd has announced the appointment of Rinki Sharma as Associate Vice President - Human Resources, marking a strategic move to further strengthen its people agenda amid ongoing transformation initiatives.

Rinki brings extensive experience across leading organizations including Onward Technologies Limited, Neilsoft, and Tata Communications. Over the years, she has built strong expertise in HR strategy, talent management, organizational development, and large-scale HR transformation. 

In her new role, Rinki will play a pivotal part in advancing Bharat Forge’s BFL 2.0 transformation journey. She is expected to drive initiatives focused on workforce effectiveness, leadership development, and creating a high-performance culture aligned with the company’s long-term growth vision.
