EPP Composites Pvt. Ltd. has appointed Visionary Leader Geeta Dahiya as Strategic Head – HR/IR/ER (Assistant Vice President), reinforcing its leadership focus on human capital excellence across its manufacturing operations.

Dahiya brings over a decade of experience spanning manufacturing and engineering-led enterprises, with deep expertise in Human Resources, Industrial Relations (IR), Employee Relations (ER), and workforce strategy aligned to operational performance. In her new mandate, she will oversee HR governance, workforce planning, industrial relations frameworks, and culture-building initiatives aimed at strengthening organizational capability and enhancing employee experience.

Prior to this appointment, she served as Head – DEI (HR) at Jyoti CNC Automation Ltd., where she led diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives alongside key organizational development interventions. Earlier, she spent seven years with JSW Steel Ltd., contributing to capability development and workforce engagement across large-scale industrial environments.

An alumna of Indian Institute of Management Raipur, Dahiya is also a Rajpath Parade Best Cadet Awardee, reflecting a leadership approach grounded in discipline, structured execution, and equitable decision-making. Her appointment marks a strategic step in advancing EPP’s people and industrial relations agenda.
