Visionary Leader Akshat Agrawal has been elevated to Director – Flipkart Minutes at Flipkart, marking a significant step in the company’s push to scale its quick commerce capabilities. In this role, he will lead planning and analytics for the platform’s on-demand delivery initiative, focusing on enhancing supply chain efficiency, improving demand forecasting accuracy, and strengthening hyperlocal delivery networks.
Agrawal has been associated with Flipkart for nearly four years. Most recently, he served as Associate Director – Flipkart Grocery and Health, where he played a pivotal role in building robust planning frameworks, launching same-day delivery services, and expanding hyperlocal operations across key markets. His contributions have been instrumental in shaping Flipkart’s rapid commerce strategy.
Before joining Flipkart, he held leadership roles at Udaan, Bosch India, and Volkswagen India, gaining deep expertise in supply chain transformation and inventory optimization. His elevation reflects Flipkart’s continued focus on data-driven decision-making and scalable logistics innovation in the fast-evolving quick commerce landscape.
