Durgesh brings extensive leadership experience from Cushman & Wakefield, where he served as Executive Director & Head – Tenant Advisory Group, leading large-scale leasing and strategic mandates. He has also held key roles at JLL, along with earlier stints at Asian Paints and Info Edge India Ltd (99acres), building a well-rounded perspective across real estate and corporate sectors. His expertise in market strategy and client-centric solutions positions him to drive sustained growth at Colliers.
