Dr Shikha Gulia has been promoted to Vice President – Operations at Dr L H Hiranandani Hospital, marking a significant step in her leadership journey within the healthcare sector. In her new role, she will oversee hospital operations, drive process excellence, and further strengthen patient care delivery, with a strong focus on service quality and operational efficiency.

Dr. Shikha previously served as AVP – Operations and Medical Administration at the same institution, where she played a key role in streamlining processes and enhancing patient experience. Her elevation reflects the hospital’s continued commitment to operational excellence and patient-centric care.

With extensive experience in healthcare administration, she has held leadership positions at Sir H.N. Reliance Foundation Hospital & Research Centre, Paras Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., and Venkateshwar Hospitals.
